    Liam, your body has inspired me to become a sculpted god like you. Your calves look like granite blocks hanging off your legs. Even your facial hair is perfectly sculpted. Can you take me beyond my limits?

      Hi, I don’t know you but I am finding your comment a little sarcastic, am I right? It’s not fair to be demeaning to others on their hardwork and their bodies. Unless you know someone’s personal history, you should be applauding them for everything they have achieved even if it is not your idea of ‘perfect’. If I am interpreting your comment wrong, I apologise.

    Hi there Liam. Was just interested in how often you train legs and specifically calves. I have been trying to develop a new routine and am seeking a bit of input. Cheers, Kent.

      Hi Kent thanks for asking the question! I (liam) Personally train legs once a week but its a “full on” leg session i can send you an email or add us as a friend on facebook and we can give you all the tips you need, add us brother!😀
